Pulau Semakau Trip

Finally, after being so busy, I've finally managed to post about the CIP Trip to Tuas Incinerator and Pulau Semakau on the 11 of February 2008. Hehs, although not many photos were taken, I still had fun going there. So here goes the pictures enjoy (:

Went to school normally that day with Nad. The only thing good was that, we only had one Lesson on that day and that was Physics and guess what, we had our CA1 to do. So basically we were rushing to finish and all. Hehs, I really did not know how to do as I was stuck and I did not manage to study the other day. So too bad (:

Then, my class 403 and 404 made our way to the AVT for briefing. We met our Instructor there and I forgotten their names :D Hahaha, they did not introduce their name to us properly though as it was noisy in the AVT. Since my class, 403, complain we were hungry, the Instructor and Mdm Badariah let us go and have our Breakfast and meet back at the Porch at 0945AM. So we came down running :D Hahaha, hilarious. I bought myself a Fish Burger and Green Tea Can. Hehs, and I bought a Hello Panda Chocolate for tidbits (: After eating, teman Aisyah go toilet since both of us wanna go so badly. After that, we made our way to the Canteen to meet up with the rest. Then proceed to the bus available. Sat with Adyla through out the journey we chatted, hear music and reading books.

When we reach Tuas Incinerator, it was already 10+++ in the morning. Not bad, was quite far though, but I had fun :D Then off to the Talk, and I swear the person talking in front is a Happy-go-lucky guy, cause he keeps on smiling to himself and the way he talks really made the Talk a boring one. Through the video and Talk, we manage to learn about Waste Management and a little of Global Warming. The movie was a fun one though. Then we boarded the bus again and they took us right into the Incinerator.

And I swear it was DAMN SMELLY! Everyone was like covering their nose and all. Hahaha, it was a sight to be seen! OMG! Really smelly sia, then they show us how they dumb the waste and all. WTH! By that time, I felt like I can't eat anymore! Hahaha, then we proceeded into the Control Room and etc. No pictures taken as we were busy 'WOW'-ing to our self :D

By the time the whole trip ends, it was lunch time already and the soccer boys need to go for their tournament. So we made our way to a nearby Hawker Centre and eat there. I was not feeling so hungry so I just ate Prata Telur and Prata Kosong. Hehs, really not hungry. And I don't feel like wanting to eat. So yeah.

After eating lunch, we made our way to board the bus as we wanna take a Ferry to Pulau Semakau. By the time we reach there, 404 were waiting for us already :D Then after going to the toilet and etc, we boarded the Ferry, 403 sat in the air-conditioning while 404 sat at the open air. Not fair though as I was feeling dizzy already even though I know I was not Sea-Sick, but I felt dizzy, so yeah. Luckily Bao Ren was kind enough to lend me his Oil, since his also feeling giddy. So we shared :D Hehs, thanks Bao Ren. And it takes 40 FREAKING MINUTES to get to Pulau Semakau. Woah! Everyone, was like WTH! Half-way through the journey, most had fallen asleep. I on the other hand was busy watching TV, hehs Indonesia Central. Since I was giddy, watching the TV really helps! Hehs, thanks to saper-saper yg on TV tu lah eh :D

Finally after a few long minutes in the Ferry, we reach Pulau Semakau and it was beautiful I tell you! Really, beautiful! 404 proceeded to the bus provided there for a tour around Semakau while my class, 403, proceeded inside the Hall for a Talk again about Pulau Semkau and Andrew, our host for the day was really funny and fun! Really had fun, thanks to him though :D After the talk, we exchange with 404, my class 403 took the bus for a tour around Semakau while 404 went for the Talk. Really fun :D

Inside the bus there is this Tour Guide talking and telling us about Semakau. And we were divided into two. Talk about Racist, the Malays and Indians boarded one bus while the Chinese boarded the other bus. Hehs, like racist? Well, nevermind then. Adyla, took hold of my Camera as I was lazy to take pictures, so I pass my Camera to her instead, since I'm the only one who brought Camera. Hahaha :D

Did you know that 'Just Married' Couples come here to take a picture of themself in their dress and all. Hahaha because the scenery here is so damn beautiful and the best part is PULAU SEMAKAU DOES NOT SMELL! Hahaha I thought it was going to smell, but hell yeah it did not :D Really beautiful :)

They use Solar Energy to generate power. Saves energy :D

On our way back to the Ferry, we spotted this lizard which is about 1.3m long! And it was big you know! Really, everyone were like shocked. Hehs, they breed themself :D

Then we made our way back to Singapore and we exchange places with 404, they went to the Air-conditioning room while we went outdoor and I really prefer the Outdoor one and I did not feel giddy or what's so ever. I can even stand and laugh and take pictures and all. Hahaha, I really had a lot of fun laughing my ass off with Amira, Atiqah and Aisyah. Hahaha kekek and fun la siul! Reach school only, went to Bubble Tea Shop to lepak and wait for Atiqah's mum to fetch her. By the time I reach home, it was about 7+++ in the evening. Hehs, I really had fun.
